Health & Safety

We offer a complete package in method statement and risk assessments to cover all aspects of our work operations.

 

We are CHAS and Achilles registered and undergo annual audits of our management and company systems.

 

We hold a Platinum Award for compliance with CSCS registration systems.

 

We have a number of operatives certificated as CITB trained Supervisor’s and CITB Site Manager’s.

 

We are registered contractors under the Achilles Scheme.

 

We employ a number of personnel with appropriate certificates for plant operation.

 

Our Helath & Safety sustems are constantly reviewed and we are constantly updating and improving our working practises.

 

Architectural Masonary

We offer a supply and installation service for this specific type of Masonary work. We employ trained operatives that are specialist in this field.

 

Porotherm Blockwork

 

A relatively new construction process that is being introduced into the UK construction market. The main advantages of this German based system is the ability to load recently completed blockwork with structural beams and floors. This methodology can reduce programming in this ever demanding market. We have a number of operatives trained to install this system.

 

Thin Joint

 

Once again, we have trained operatives that can install this system of blockwork construction. This system has been used in residential schemes and is now expanding into the industrial and commercial project sector.

Masonary Cleaning

 

AFB offer the complete package when tendering for projects and can offer a final clean down prior to hand over to ensure projects are signed off in pristine condition to Clients.
